Talentnet is delighted to welcome back Colin Blackwell who had originally set up in 1995 the HR consulting practice across Indochina at our former parent company PwC. As the original founder of many aspects of the HR profession in Vietnam such as HR Clubs and graduate job fairs, he is now excited to introduce further international standards to the market.

Apart from extensive experience in Vietnam, Colin brings to Talentnet a wide range of skills that will benefit our clients. He has nearly 20 years expanding in both HR consulting and interim HR in Vietnam, the UK, Australia, Russia and Germany. He was most recently head of global compensation and head of Asia HR for a $15 billion European multinational and was supporting top executives in America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. His experience in managing HR consulting services for PwC Australia involved running outplacement, recruitment outsourcing, expatriate outsourcing and temporary staffing services, all of which are in demand as the Vietnam market matures. His experience is enhanced by a postgraduate diploma in strategic HR and a bachelor of business administration.

Colin will be happy to assist our clients for the full spectrum of their HR needs and will again be especially championing the recruitment of local expatriates for clients.
