Hoa Nguyen

Hoa’s background and experience has been highly focused on human resource management in Vietnam, with demonstrated strengths in the management and delivery of many professional human resources activities, i.e. HR audit, HR policy, compensation & benefits analysis and benchmarking, salary structure, and performance management. Prior to joining Mercer, Hoa had several years of experience working in organizations from big to medium, in Canada and Vietnam. She has considerable experience in the area of finance, human resources, and consulting.

In Mercer, Hoa has consulted and worked on a wide range of projects, spanning various industries (Financial Services, High Tech, Oil and Mining, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Manufacturing, Trading, etc) in the areas of job evaluation, salary and benefits design, performance management and employee engagement. Currently, she serves as a Project Manager for a number of compensation and benefits related engagements. She has a good understanding of the Vietnamese labor market and strong relationships with HR leaders and key contacts within this field.

 

She has also undertaken various HR professional training courses provided by both local and international HR training providers and regularly joins regional seminars related to current HR challenges and HR trends in the region.
