Nguyen Thanh Thuy

Nguyen Thanh Thuy has been managing the whole operation of Talentnet’s Hanoi office since it was first established in 2007.

 

Prior to Talentnet, Thuy had seven years’ working experience in Executive Search and Selection (ESS) with PricewaterhouseCoopers Vietnam. ESS was her core responsibility; in addition, Thuy also undertook HR consulting and participated in many projects related to outplacement, performance appraisal systems and compensation and benefit policies. Her clients covered a wide range of industries including heavy industry, FMCG, finance and banking, IT and telecoms, embassies and NGOs.

 

In Talentnet, Thuy continues to focus on searching for candidates for top executive level posts. Thuy also plays a significant role in co-coordinating the business activities of the Hanoi office and its business development. From her extensive experience in human resource advisory services, Thuy has accumulated a deep understanding of labor market practices.
