Ms. Tieu Yen Trinh, former Senior Manager of Human Resource Services, Indochina, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, is currently General Director of Talentnet Corporation. With over 12 years of experience in human resource services at PwC prior to heading up Talentnet in 2007, Trinh is considered as a leading HR professional in Vietnam. She has a deep and unparalleled understanding of the Vietnamese labor market and strong relationships with HR professionals, industry leaders and other key contacts in this field.
She also has experience in recruiting executive levels for international and leading local clients in fast moving consumer goods, manufacturing, trading, financial services, oil & gas and NGO-non profit sectors.
Trinh has been involved in projects in all facets of HR consulting, including Organizational Restructuring, Compensation and Benefits Structure Development, Salary Benchmarking and Reviews, Outplacement Services, Training and Development, Performance Management, Aptitude and Psychometric Testing.
