What the Executive Remuneration report will cover ?

The ERS gives a full compensation report on each individual position. This includes a FULL report on Compensation levels, from the base salary to all allowances, bonuses and the final total compensation. A full job description is also given to enable you to match or benchmark the position.

Survey reports will cover the 25th percentile, the median, the mean and the 75th percentile.
