Supply Chain HR Forum

 Talentnet joined the HR Forum – Supply Chain Community on 18th March 2011. This has been seen as the first event in Vietnam promoting Supply Chain career and connecting talents and employers in this industry.

1.      HR Forum
The half-day Supply Chain HR Forum will feature experts and executives who will present and share through panel discussion and interactive debates the most pressing challenges faced by today’s companies operating in Vietnam.
 
The forum attracted more than 100 CEOs, HR Directors/ Managers, Senior Managers in Supply Chain from most of MNCs and foreign companies. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, Payroll and HR Outsourcing Senior Manager of Talentnet, was invited to be speaker in this event with the topic “Challenges of HR Outsourcing in Vietnam”.
 
“Outsourcing and HR Outsourcing is becoming popular in Vietnam, especially the Supply Chain industry. It is regarded as a new way to have personnel sources on board, helping us to maximize personnel resources in a cost-saving way” she shared. “Outsourcing allows companies to focus on core business while having the detailed taken care of by outside experts. The specialized companies that handles the outsource work is often streamlined and has world- class capabilities as well as access to new technology that a company couldn’t afford to buy on their own”.
