Senior Consultant of HR Payroll will be responsible for handling day to day payroll and benefit administration activities for Clients. Works closely with clients to produce services exactly and in a timely manner.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Finance
Be responsible for target set for self
Support the team to achieve the set target
Follow up payment of customers when required
Business Development and Customer Services
Build and maintain strong relationships with client by providing quality service
Process/ Function
HR Payroll
Be accountable for processing payroll and benefit administration for Clients.
Council Clients on HR policies, procedures and employment laws
Prepare monthly payroll statements; and related quarterly and year-end reports exactly and in a timely manner
Answer inquiries from client and client’s employees
Calculate, declare and clean PIT tax
Process terminations and severance payments for client’s employees
Investigate and bring to resolution of customer questions
Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Handle various clients’ orders simultaneously
Produce service products to customers exactly and in a timely manner
Directly deal and work with different Clients & Employees properly
Handle all admin and paper work accuracy and properly
Qualification
Must be having a Bachelor’s degree either in HR, Business Administration, English, Economics, Law
Experience
o Essential
3-4 years of human resources experience in multinational companies with emphasis on compensation and benefits
o Desirable
In addition to the above requirement, preferably in other areas in HR management or Service industry
Abilities/Skills
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles, payroll systems
Ability to multi-tasks, attention to details
Ability to work independently, proactively under high pressure and good problem solving
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Good planning, time management and organization skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven good customer service skill
Good verbal and written communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in MS Office
