- Develop Channel Activation plans in line with the Business Plans
- Coordinate with Regional Sales and Marketing teams to execute Channel Plans
- Manage the Channel Activation budgets, with monthly quarterly reviews.
- Monitor/track channel performance against targets and implement corrective action plans with Regional teams
- Achieve distribution and market share targets for key channels
