Job Description:
1. Sales and Marketing Management
- Plan, lead, manage and control the sales planning and demand creation program for MD Vietnam through the translation of strategic plans into sales strategic to achieve sales plan, product mix and profit objectives.
- Conceptualizes and implements sales and marketing strategies and programs consistent with long-term business objectives.
- Seek opportunities at existing key accounts to improve product/company market share to support market penetration.
- Identify, develop key accounts to support market expansion.
- Build long term relationship with KOL and decision maker
- Develops a full strategic product marketing plan from conception to launch.
2. Financial Management
- Ensures profitability of products and services managed (GP, opex, ROI on programs implemented, etc.)
- Develops a pricing approach based on validated research and analysis of market dynamics.
3. Market Analysis
- Understands, anticipates and shapes customer needs; uses fact-based research to identify market opportunities.
- Tracks and analyzes competitor's product and service performance vis-Ã -vis own portfolio
4. Operations Management
- Oversees development of tactical plans to implement broad marketing strategies and programs
- Allocates appropriate resources to execute plans
- Partners with Area Sales Manager to come up with realistic forecasts.
- Coordinate with distributor to ensure customer satisfaction with purchase order, delivery, invoice and credit
5. People Management
- Hire, train, motivate and develop front line staffs to build teamwork spirit, to achieve sales target and better serve customers.
- Champions, model the Company's values an Code of Conduct. Ensure field force activities and behavior are in compliance with Code of Conduct.

Requirements:
- University degree; MBA is an advantage
- At least 5 years solid sales and marketing experience in a managerial role in the healthcare industry; experience in sales operations would bring added dimension to the role
