Business Development Senior Specialist (HCM & HN)


  • Identify and research potential clients and conduct ongoing market research
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Map top industry companies to target and introduce Talentnet services
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Email or cold call up to 100 prospective clients a week
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients
  • Create and implement processes to support the overall business
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business


  • Bachelor's degree, majoring in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Independent track record of business development
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, with preference for experience in Human Resources and consulting services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficiency with CRM and other sales prospecting tools.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneur mindset and critical thinking
