HCS Senior Consultant – Survey Processing

(*) JOB SUMMARY: 

The position holder will be accountable for a MEDIUM/SMALL industry. In addition, he/she will support HRC projects as a project member.

(*) ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Business Development 

- Answer by phone or email (for business development purpose) to answer questions about all surveys’ products (English or Vietnamese) and propose services that are suitable with client need

 - Meet MEDIUM/SMALL client (for business development purpose) to present about all surveys’ products (English or
Vietnamese) and propose the customized solutions which are suitable with client’ requirement

 -  Support other team members to conduct BD meetings with clients

2. Surveys

 -  Be responsible for a MEDIUM/SMALL industry

 -  Have good insights of C&B trends and clients of the industry in charge to consult clients

 -  Collect and verify data, QC data of TRS, Benefits, other surveys. Advise JM, PC for client

 -  Present Job matching, survey methodology and how to use survey reports/systems

 -  Produce survey reports of the industry in charge

 -  Contact with related Mercer Team regarding a part of a survey and support Survey Leader on data processing and/or process improvement for all industries

3. HR Consulting 

  Draft BD presentation file, proposal, contract, training materials, position evaluation (PE), reports

4.Others

  Other tasks as required by management

  Team Management

  Coach team member (in small team) about JM, DCK, …

  Major challenges

 -  Produce good quality data and survey reports for an industry and maintain clients’ satisfaction with services provided

 -  Have initiatives to improve internal tools/systems to adapt the changes of Mercer systems/processes related to surveys

 -  Build good relationship and work well with Mercer Teams

(*) QUALIFICATION AND PERSON SPECIFICATION: 

1. Qualification         

 Bachelor degree in human resources or accounting and finance or business administration

2. Experience                  

 -  Experience in HR consulting: min 1 year; or

 -  Experience in HR general: min 2 years

3. Abilities/Skills 

 -  English: good level of speaking and writing

 -  Good with number, project management and process improvement skill

 -  Well-organized and multi-tasking

 -  Professional, ethical, good customer service skills

 -  Team work, open and positive attitude
