HR Outsourcing Admin Assistant (Client onsite)

(*) JOB SUMMARY: 

This position is responsible for providing full supports in term of administrative related tasks including documents & filling for Payroll & Outsourcing, and all necessary administrative tasks if needed

(*) ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Finance:

  • Support the team to achieve  the set target
  • Follow up payment of customers, bill filling

2. Business Development & Customer Services:

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients by provide good customer services

3. HR Outsourcing Processing: 

  • Follow up budget of the whole teamProvide logistic aspects of a Payroll & Outsourcing Service
  • Be accountable for conducting all administrative works in P&O includes filling and secretary duties, preparing draft proposal and follow up to the clients
  • Be in charge of filling Outsourcing Employees’ contracts, initial information
  • Work with Banks, Social Insurance Office, Tax Office for apply documents as necessary
  • Be accountable for supporting consultants in all aspects

 

Learning & Growth: 

  • Participate in team sharing sessions/seminars for regulations/knowledge update
  • Learn and develop by self

Major Challenges:

  • Ensure that all administrative tasks run smoothly and fulfilled in timely manner to complete the requests from the consultants
  • Directly work with different Governments officers

(*) QUALIFICATION AND PERSON SPECIFICATION: 

1. Qualification: 

 

  • Bachelor degree in English, business administration or other related fields

2. Experience: 

 

  • 1 year working experience in human resources management fields
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience as a secretary or admin assistant

3. Abilities/Skills: 

  • Have a high level of Patience, ability to do multi-tasks, attention to details
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Good planning, time management and organization skills
  • Good at MS office
  • Strong teamwork oriented and ability to support the teams
  • Strong willingness to learn and to work extra hours
  • Helpful and supportive
