HRO Insurance Assistant

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

• HRO Insurance Assistant is responsible for assisting Insurance consultant in term of Insurance related clerical and other functions associated with insurance transactions and Labor report for Payroll, and all necessary administrative tasks if needed. 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Prepare the insurance and labor reports for Insurance consultant’s review and sending to clients. 

• Submit the signed labor and insurance reports to the relevant authorities. 

• Assist insurance consultant to deliver insurance books and insurance cards to clients/employees. 

• Prepare the insurance reconciliation monthly and check form C12 

• Check, scan and save the results issued by the Insurance Dept before sending to clients. 

• Prepare and control the delivery note whenever sending any documents to clients. 

• Contact clients/employees to obtain/double check some simple information as instructed by insurance consultants. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law). Special cases will be approved by the line manager.

• Minimum of 6 months – 1 year of working experience related to SI, HI, UI and Labor report with Social Insurance Department and Department of Labor 

• Have a high level of Patience, ability to do multi-tasks, attention to details 

• Ability to work independently 

• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality 

• Good planning, time management and organization skills 

• Good at MS office 

• Strong teamwork oriented and ability to support the teams 

• Strong willingness to learn and to work extra hours 

• Helpful and supportive 

• Ability to communicate in English
