RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Leader

(*) JOB SUMMARY: 

The Talent Acquisition Leader position is responsible for aligning business objectives with HR priorities for main focusing on recruitment & selection, onboarding process

(*) ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

1. Finance: 

  • In charge of annual revenue and deliver recruitment target
  • Strategize with hiring managers to accomplish business growth goals and target set for you own team

2. Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Processing: 

  • Supervising team and build CV pool for candidate selection, verify and consult recruitment requirement.
  • Initial screening of candidate for baseline qualifications
  • Testing set up and coordination of Interview logistical arrangements.
  • Provide feedback to candidate and hiring manager.
  • Presentation of salary package and first level negotiation guided by pay range structure.
  • Initiate onboarding process, probation follow-up and confirmation.
  • Labor contract document preparation and issuance
  • The recruitment data (including but not limit candidate database & reports) must be hand-over upon service contract terminated.
  • Actively manage client expectations before delegating assignments to staffs.
  • Provide on-going and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added services like career guidance.
  • Maintain ongoing contacts with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Explore additional opportunities through contact with candidates and clients to grow the business and job opportunities for our candidates.
  • Initiate various channels for candidate approaches and maximizing the candidate pool in the assigned industry.

3. Learning & Growth: 

  • Lead the team of professional consultants and database support.
  • Develop and provide coaching and training activities for staffs such as interviewing skills and others.
  • Provide coaching and training for the staff members to ensure they are going the right direction and are effective and efficient in achieving their financial KPIs as well as improving their competencies.

4. Major Challenges: 

  • Provide quality service to customers
  • Develop and enlarge the pool of candidates
  • Develop and maintain a team culture where professionals can learn, be engaged and have fun.

(*) QUALIFICATION & PERSON SPECIFICATION: 

1. Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields in preferably human resources or business management.
  • Proven experience in effectively leading a team of professionals

2. Experience: 

  • 4-6 years of working experience in human resources management, human resources services or as line manager for a particular industry with additional HR knowledge and experience
  • Experience working in recruitment/talent acquisition position

3. Abilities/Skills: 

 

  • Sound knowledge of all applicable HR Law and regulations
  • Proven customer service skills and result oriented
  • Able to take initiatives for new ideas
  • Strong management skills
  • Ability to coach, train and develop staff members.
  • Ability to negotiate and motivate effectively with staffs and clients
  • Ability to work in professional manner and with multiple deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbally in both Vietnamese and English
  • Effective influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and good presentation skills
  • Fully proficient with MS office
  • Having a strong teamwork style and high commitment
