JOB SUMMARY

HRO Supervisor will lead a team of HR outsourcing service. The position holder is also responsible for managing all activities related to Outsourcing employees while maintaining the strong relationship with clients to find additional opportunities for business growth

1. Finance

  • Lead the team to achieve the set target of the whole team
  • Follow up payment of clients

2. Business Development and Customer Services

  • Visit new clients to introduce Talentnet services
  • Visit clients to handle request of clients
  • Consult client’s employment relationship matters, regulations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide quality services as Talentnet standard

3. Process/Function

  • Be accountable for managing team to deliver Outsourcing Service to clients
  • Make sure all activities related to the contractors contain Onboarding and Off Boarding Process, Labor Management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy, Insurance, PIT finalization based strictly on TLN standard and process
  • Investigate and consult the solution of client questions
  • Proceed outsourcing works in compliance with regulations, company polices and function work processes and guidelines
  • Take part in corporate projects (if any)

(*) QUALIFICATION & PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

  • Graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law). Special cases will be approved by the line manager.
  • At least 4 years of human resources experience in the field of compensation and benefits
  • In addition to the above requirements, preferably in other areas in HR management or Service Supplying industry
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting principles, payroll work and labor regulations
  • Ability to do multi-tasks, attention to details
  • Proven good customer service skills
  • Good planning, time management and organization skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Deal with business matters professionally
  • Demonstrate team leadership ability
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • English: Good written and verbal communication
