For example, Bank of America (USA) has moving 3000 employees from all departments to work in Customers service department, or Sysco Corporation has lent their employees to Kroger. In this difficult time, businesses have been trying to find creative ways to best reduce operation cost while establishing the CSR towards their employees.
There are still rooms for key positions
It is predicted that post-pandemic-era will bring opportunities for technology, e-commerce industries,… while heavily affected industries are projected to retavilize and be back in the race. To prepare for the future, businesses should consider recruiting for key positions. While “employee sharing” is working wonder, it is still a short-term strategy and businesses still need to invest in talented employees for the upcoming recovery phase. They will be the most valuable asset of the business to develop strategy in 2021.
