RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify opportunities of airfreight business and build up relationships with clients.
- Actively build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Explore opportunities and service offerings and potential value-added solutions to the customer.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Ensure that rate/space enquires from Clients are responded on timely manner.
- Arrange contract, credit agreement and AR with clients.
- Territories cover entire Vietnam.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets KPI by managing of sales team leader.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years’ experience in the sales function in logistics /supply chain related industry.
- Industry recognized professional with established key contacts.
- Regional and local market knowledge and commercial understanding
- Highly self-motivated and assertive.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Fluent in English or Chinese.
- Computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, outlook, etc.
