Giám đốc nhà máy gỗ / Plant Director (Wood furniture) – New setup

LOCATION: Hai Duong

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In Hai Duong - specializes in manufacturing high-class furniture from wood (Laminate/Melamine wood, wooden doors, cabinets, chipboard cabinets - 4 factories)
• Set up the whole factory from scratch (currently all operating licenses are ok, paperwork is done, the land is available, a contract has been signed to buy the most advanced Italian & German machines/production lines.).
• 10ha project, a total investment of 1,500 billion VND - the largest scale in Vietnam / to become the largest furniture manufacturing complex in Southeast Asia
• Looking for someone with similar experience - have set up & managed high-end furniture factories
• This wood factory system will operate semi-automatically first, then fully automatic (high-grade industrial wood is the key).
• Products sold domestically & exported

REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding about the production line of wood factory, high-class wooden furniture
• Have managed big projects, have set up operations
• Able to set up factories & factory management
• Good command of English is an advantage (reading comprehension is also ok)
• Ability to set up / build system/ project management / factory management / production management / Technical management
