RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. In-House Business (50%)
- Planning and executing in-house Digital strategy
- Support CDXO
2. Client Business (50%)
- Planning Marketing Digital Transformation strategy
- Creating a Marketing Digital Transformation proposal
- Managing projects when implementing measures
- Supervising reports to clients
- Negotiating with the client's CXO level
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience
- Proven working experience in Digital Marketing
- Plans and executes all Web, SEO/SEM, Database Marketing, Email, Social Media, and Display Advertising campaigns
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners
- Planning and executing E-commerce is preferred
2. Knowledge
- Deep understanding of Vietnam's Digital Marketing market
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Online Marketing and measurement
3. Skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities
- Organizational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work
- Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing
- Ability to make a proposal document using PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.
4. Personality/Attitude
- Provides leadership mindset and perspective for adoption when appropriate.
