RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive the marketing strategy to achieve business objectives

• Design, implement and monitor effective digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

• Leading and managing the marketing team across brand strategy, creative, content, media (owned, earned, paid), analytics, campaign management to develop and execute sales, branding and positioning initiatives across all channels (PR, Social, KOL, onsite, offline marketing (TV, OOH, print, radio)

• Recruit and develop the marketing team; provide exceptional team leadership with a focus on employee engagement, mentoring, development and retention, while also attracting top talent.

• Manage the full life cycle of integrated marketing campaigns - from conceptualization to execution and analytics.

• Ensure that marketing strategies & tactics deliver on the business and marketing KPIs.

• Manage the marketing P&L.

• Optimize the marketing investment for the financial year Customer

• Establish and monitor changing customer trends and develop segmentation understanding to initiate strategies/ create effective marketing campaigns that maximize business opportunities

• Design, develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to support customer segments, product and sales strategies, in order to drive customer profitability, share of wallet and customer satisfaction

• Undertake customer research as required to deliver in-depth insights about our customer segments Process

• Drive brand campaigns and brand related activities ensuring that all marketing activities add value towards building the bank brand

• Partner with Internal/External Communications specialists to support marketing campaigns and build the brand


REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong preference for an MBA in Marketing

• 10 years of leadership experience in Marketing and Business Development; experience working with an Financial services company or digital media agency is an advantage.

• Must possess a unique blend of brand vision, analytical expertise, excellence with the written word, and the confidence to lead a highly talented, collaborative team.

• Experience working cross functionally with Strategy, Reporting & Analytics, Product Development and Product Management

• Must have experience leading multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns including digital and traditional campaigns, Public Relations, and Business Development

• Must possess strong and persuasive oral communications skills and be a great presenter.

• In-depth knowledge of big data analysis

• Regularly produce and present reports

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
