RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
- Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field
- 10+ years of proven experience in HR
- Experience working in a complex / matrix organization in large scale company
- Strong business partnering skill and capability to drive organization effectiveness
- Business acumen to develop HR approach to support business growth
- Track record of leading planning process with excellent organizational and collaboration skills
- Strong of data analysis and reporting
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- Good command in English
