RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collects, aggregates, and promotes the locals needs, managing specific problem resolution
- Able to manage contractual relationships with local suppliers, define and monitor KPI / SLA of the contracted activities in order to verify the correct fulfilment and guarantee the maximum result / benefit to the company
- Develops the budget needs in accordance with HQ guidelines and uses the assigned ICT target implementing the ICT global standards (Hardware, Software, Security, etc)
- Manages projects and the local ICT resources in general (applications, systems, infrastructure, personal productivity tools), assuring the integration between the central and local systems
- Facilitate the local deployment of central ICT solutions
- Coordinates and manages the ICT work group
- Maximizes the use of the ICT resources
- Evaluating risks and ensuring highest quality as well as managing issues as they occur
- Accountable for the coordination, diffusion, application and monitoring of the cybersecurity and data protection

REQUIREMENTS:
- The ideal candidate should be about 40-45 years old, with at least 10 years in ICT department in an international environment and at least 5 years on similar / managerial position.
Technical Skills:
- Economic skills in order to manage budget (running costs and capitalized costs) and business case analysis (cost/benefit based on Net Present Value)
- Business Processes knowledge (mainly Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, After Sales, Finance, HR)
