IT Service Associate Manager
Apply nowRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup IT infrastructure for the company and new office (in H1 2022)
- Take lead and work with MKT team/ project team to build corporate website internally & externally
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for the company
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Support the roll-out of new applications
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Test and evaluate new technology
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems and more than 3 years of experience working as an IT Support/ Digital.
- Having experience working as Digital/IT in the pharmaceutical industry is preferable
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points/journey
- A good memory of how software and operating systems work and willing to explain to other colleagues in need
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, interact confidently with colleagues, customers to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
