Responsibilities:
- Focusing on building media systems. Be responsible for determining the best mix of channels to build strategies and manage media programs.
- Manage & execute the development of cross-channel (digital and non-digital) media strategies/media plans, including complex custom content/custom experience programs and manage campaign implementation across multiple direct-buy platforms and partners.
- Oversee Project tracking and optimization.
- Shape the overall campaign and creative strategy, by working closely with relevant Teams
- Ensure deliverables align with overall plan strategies and program results highlight key findings with actionable insights
- Develop close working relationships with media partners
- Develop Media strategy and recommendations
- Digital/ market trends adopter - closely monitor the landscape, new technology solutions, and competitive strategies
Requirements:
- Background in Sales is required. At least 05 years-experience in the same position with solid expertise in Media Sales
- Digital media planning experience with Market insight for all industries; experiences in strategy development within Marketing & Sales Field.
- Possess strong start-up mindset.
- A good entrepreneur with very sharp media business acumen and be able to build a business case professionally.
- Be able to manage a diversified team.
- Willing to wear many hats and work on projects of all types.
- Independent, process & result oriented, self-starter with initiative and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills.
