RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the PGS functions (HR, Finance and Service Management) to ensure that they are under proper control and in compliance with both the Company and local/national government policies and standards
- Supervise daily administrative operations and logistic including establishing work priorities, assists in resolving problem related to the day-to-day operations. Specifically, support better reporting system, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
- Implement and supervise the execution of Group policy, procedures, Standard Operations Procedures and operations, monitor compliance with Local Government policies, regulations and appropriate laws
- Organize recruitment, training, appraisal, promotion, engagement activities, compensations and Benefits, career development for staff
- Set up the communication channel between employees and senior management, strengthen employees relationship, handle labour disputes
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, termination, transfers, and performance management.
- Develop programs to attract and retain staff
- New staff orientation with company policy as well as business standard
- Overall responsibility for expenses accounting and reports
- Exercise cash control within given authority
- Liaise with government agencies to make sure HCMC Office Operations/ activities compliance with Government’s requirements and Laws
- Prepare annual audit
- Others duties as assigned
