Project Director

Responsibilities:

• Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
• Remote, Organize, co-ordinate and lead team meetings, weekly calls, Project review meetings, consultant meetings and all other project related meetings
• Thorough knowledge on Electrical, HVAC, fire alarm systems, plumbing & fire fighting
• Supporting in monitoring and advising upon project finances
• Ensuring effective project governance, processes and systems throughout the project
• Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
• Regular leadership interactions & engagements and providing them with key project/ strategy updates
• Leading and facilitating cross functional co-ordination and interaction to drive Programmed efficiently
• Project planning, including producing the detailed project brief and execution plan
• Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and stakeholders, at all project stages
• Regularly attend project/ Government trainings and contribute towards increasing teams KPI ratings

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree with 10-15 years of relevant industry experience
• Should have completed entire project lifecycle from planning, execution & handover
• Candidates who has experience in delivering international project are preferred
• Excellent communication
• Proven track of leadership traits
• MS Office, Microsoft Project
