- Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; visit top customers due to big quotations or complain.
- Personally take care of acquisition and supervision of key customers/ accounts and negotiate special prices who are of strategic importance to the organization
- Ensure effectiveness implementation of define industries segment’s sales strategy.
- Develop local pricing strategy & policies to ensure that the sales targets are met as defined
- Continuously grow the presence of company in the market of responsibility (market share)
- Define, implement, and monitor sales structures, sales channels and policies to assure the achievement of established objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the sales team
- Coach sales personnel on the technical aspect of organization product and service; marketing campaign, sales technique, procedure, standard, selling skills and driving it towards target achievement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of industrial sales experience with strong leadership skills.
- Business Development, Key Account Management.
- Fluent English, good interpersonal and people management skills.
