Responsibility:
- Development of the HNWI consumer engagement program & strategic roadmap
- Working with the marketing team (Market Company and HQ), identify appropriate partnerships with luxury brands that already have direct relationships with our target consumers as well as prestige non-traditional channels eg.. wedding planners, luxury event planners, concierge networks, private yacht and jet companies.
- Maintain one-to-one contact and correspondence with identified top consumers of prestige brands, building strong relationships.
- Create, populate and manage a clearly segmented database and calendarize CRM program supported by the Assistant VIP Relationship Manager.
- Activate through consumer engagement experiences the database with targeted executions, supported by the Assistant VIP Relationship Manager
- Develop and manage the invitation lists for key events and liaise directly with target tribes in attending events.
- Leverage existing networks to generate referral network extensions to our prestige brand target consumer
- Build collaboration network of other VIP relationship managers (Chanel, Gucci, Bank loyalty managers etc) to leverage
- Attend prestige brand events – both those that are sponsored, but also to include networking opportunities within the target tribes to build network
- Identify limited product editions and personalized product / gifting opportunity for key HNWI contacts.
- Lead the creation a strong internal network within company and the individuals in other Regions and Market Companies who are dedicated to the Prestige / Luxury Commercial Teams to facilitate introductions and opportunities for the target end consumer when traveling.
- Work closely with the brand team and guide on the development of clear tribal direction and strategy, supported by actionable sponsorship directions
- Monitor and control A&P & T&E spend to be in line with the agreed plans in and assess ROI.
- Leverage different resources (agencies, brand companies, sales teams and wider network) to collect market intelligence and competitive information to continuously provide insightful recommendations
- Develop strategy for the effective enhancement of the prestige element Le Cercle.
- Facilitate the introduction to E-commerce network and work closely with E-commerce team to ensure smooth process.
- Work closely with Prestige brand manager to identify appropriate opportunities for bespoke engagement space/(s) for Maison Le Cercle and lead the engagement program development and execution.
