Exclusive Program: Training & Salary Survey For Da Nang

For the first time, Talentnet - Mercer is implementing an exclusive program for Danang, including Mercer's training course ‘Building Fundamentals of Compensation’ and an opportunity to take part in Talentnet-Mercer job-based salary survey to receive a snapshot report.
The course provides an overview of the components of a compensation strategy as well as foundational steps to develop a salary and rewards policy that aligns with the business strategy of the company. Moreover, participants will have the opportunity to practice participating in a salary survey and receive a comprehensive report specifically for the Danang market.
