For guiding the HR team in building a harmonious relationship with the unions, Cynthia was conferred the individual award for Medal of Commendation at NTUC May Day Awards 2015.

Bryan read psychology as an undergraduate in the National University of Singapore and obtained postgraduates degrees in psychology from the University of Brisbane and University of Melbourne.
