SEABANK PARTNERS WITH TALENTNET-MERCER FOR STRATEGIC HR PROJECT
With intension to enhance competition in the market and to manage human resource sustainably, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank - SeABank has made strategic consultancy partnership with Talentnet – Mercer.
Since 2019, SeABank has initiated the “Salary structure and matrix” and “Bonus strategies for sale and performance in different business segments” which target to recognize outstanding performance and contribution of individuals and departments, enhancing employee engagement and retaining talents more effectively.
The projects have not only given SeABank effective human capital management strategies, but also resulted continuous growth in business. In 2020 – 2021, three more projects will be deployed including “Rewards and Recognition for Leaders”, “Competency Framework” and “Career Development Roadmap” which purpose to enhance associates morale, engagement and retain talents.
