RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring adherence to internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures in accordance with company regulations.
- Coordinating with external auditors to prepare and submit the local FS to the relevant authorities by the required deadline, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards for insurance entities.
- Overseeing the company's tax obligations and other mandatory contributions, guaranteeing accurate and prompt payments.
- Handling all interactions with tax authorities regarding tax-related matters.
- Overseeing risk management within the accounting department.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Administering payroll and handling certain Human Resources (HR) related tasks.
- Leading the team to ensure the Finance and Administration departments in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the General Director periodically.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with substantial exposure to the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage people in a consistent and constructive manner.
- A track record of taking full responsibility for managing one's own workload.
- Comprehensive understanding of current tax laws and regulatory accounting standards relevant to the position.
- Deep knowledge of best practices in accounting and taxation within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in English, including both verbal and written communication skills.
