Founder & CEO
With over 20 years of experience in HR services in Vietnam labour market, Trinh, former leader in charge of Indochina practice of Human Resource Services of PricewaterhouseCoopers, is considered by many as a leading HR professional in Vietnam. Trinh has an unparalleled depth of understanding of Vietnamese labour market, and has strong relationships with top HR professionals, industry leaders and other key contacts within this field.
Deputy CEO & HR Consulting Services Director
Ms. Thanh Huong took the key role in setting up Talentnet’s Payroll and Human-Capital Consulting services. Her strong and insightful knowledge of the local Labour Code; Payroll trends, HRIS, HR Operation, Rewards strategies and workforce planning helps her provide efficient, cost-effective and legally compliant solutions and excellent services to her distinguished clients in various industries.
Since 2018, Ms. Huong has been serving also as the Deputy CEO of Talentnet, overseeing Corporate’s strategic objectives and goals.
Mr. Nguyen has over 25 years of international executive accounting, finance and investments experience having worked in Canada, the United State and Vietnam, in both publicly listed and private companies.
Mr. Nguyen graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree, Cooperative Program. Chartered Accountancy Studies in 1995 University of Waterloo, Canada. Mr. Nguyen has both Canadian CPA and Vietnam CPA professional designations.
Mr. Nguyen started his career working for Big 4 accounting firms for 12 years in Canada, USA and Vietnam. Mr. Nguyen then held successive senior finance executive roles at a large publicly listed real estate company in Canada, a high-tech health care company in Canada, after which he returned to Vietnam in 2012 to join one of the biggest investment firms in the country as a Fund CFO.
Prior to joining Talentnet, Mr. Nguyen was a Partner and Head of Business Development for an international accounting firm and before that, Mr. Nguyen was the Managing Director and Country Head at a leading global business process outsourcing firm. Mr. Nguyen was responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Vietnamese operations (including offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi).

With her key role as Head of Finance and Hanoi Branch Director at Talentnet, Phuong has been involved in a number of Corporate Projects and facilitates the commercial evaluation for all Corporate investments. The strong background and solid experience in Finance and Commercial in Vietnam, UK and US have given Phuong in-depth knowledge of Global Finance Management, Commercial Evaluation, Auditing and Compliance; Internal Function Integration and Operation Transformation. Phuong had extensive experience working with leading local and multinational companies across industries such as Banking, Finance Services, Energy & Power… in the areas of auditing, due diligence and financial consulting. Phuong also had experience working with State owned Companies, Regulators across countries in the areas of developing Global Oil & Gas projects. Phuong has enjoyed working with different people in different cultures and disciplines
