Executive retained search handles specific search demands from clients with exclusive commitments for instant hire or replacement. This service applies to clients who engage 01 search firm for C-level positions. A comprehensive evaluation and benchmarking of different potential candidates in the same roles will also be provided, so that clients can make better decisions for the right fit.
The service fee is typically paid in three installments. The first is when the search is assigned, the second is when a candidate has the final interview, and the remainder is when the chosen candidate accepts the role.
The retained search service is highly recommended for recruiting highly qualified and senior-level candidates.
