RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the GA and HR department, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies, policies, and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to departmental staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of key talent within the department, ensuring the development and retention of top-performing employees.
  • Collaborate with CEO and Headquarters to assess and address organizational needs, challenges, and opportunities related to general affairs and human resources.
  • Act as a strategic partner to department heads and business leaders, providing expertise and support on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate departmental MBO, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in GA and HR, and incorporate relevant insights into departmental strategies and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management role, with demonstrated leadership and strategic oversight.
  • Strong experience in C&B management, including design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs.
  • Proven track record of effectively leading and managing a department or team, with a focus on strategic planning, organizational development, and talent management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Experience in the IT industry, particularly in startup environments, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in both English and Japanese is preferred.
  • Expertise in legal compliance, especially with a background supporting CEOs, is considered advantageous.
