RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Government Affairs Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive government affairs strategy to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Public Relations Management: Lead public relations initiatives to enhance the company's image and reputation, fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and the public.
• Policy Advocacy: Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments in the solar energy industry, providing strategic guidance to the executive team on potential impacts and opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and advocacy groups to promote the company's interests and contribute to policy discussions. 
• Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential challenges or controversies and protect the company's brand and reputation.
• Internal Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication of government affairs initiatives internally.
• Media Relations: Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and proactive engagement with media outlets to convey the company's key messages.
• Event Management: Plan and execute events, conferences, and seminars to showcase the company's achievements and engage with relevant stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Political Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in government affairs, public relations, or a related field within the renewable energy or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory frameworks related to the solar energy sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Crisis management and issues resolution experience.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align government affairs initiatives with business objectives.
• Fluency in Chinese is a must.
