RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make sales plan monthly, quarterly, yearly.
  • Set target for each area.
  • Supervise operation of sub-functions according to their targets
  • Build sales policy, implement sales-boosting strategies such as merchandising, promotion, branding.
  •  Make sales report evaluate sales growth monthly, quarterly, yearly. 
  • Advise Board of Directors in building sales-boosting policy
  • Manage departmental operating cost and customer investment cost.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in trading field
  • Over12 years from university graduation
  • Relevant experience in alcoholic industry or FMCG an advantage
  • Outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership skills & problem solving skills.
  • Work independently and under high pressure.
  • Good command of English
