REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful executive leadership in the retail industry, with at least 10 years of experience in senior management roles.
  • Deep understanding of retail market dynamics, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
