Head of Supply Chain

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Logistics: Planning, implementing, and managing import/export activities and inventory to meet the company's manufacturing and sales operations according to the company's business plan.
• Transportation: Business – 3PLs services (forwarder, managing import/export operations, customs declaration...), Transportation services, Transport vehicles to develop profitable and sustainable Logistics services.
• Supply Planning: Planning, implementing, and managing (procurement, production, warehousing, inventory management) to meet raw material needs for production and finished products for customers.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• University degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management, Business Administration
• Deep knowledge of warehouse operations and strategy.
• Good people management skills and evidence of managing a large team.
• Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge of warehouse and transportation management software.
• Fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Prior experience in equivalent positions with at least 10 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in managing complex projects and operations.
• Experience in FMCG or retail supply chain.
•  Ability to work independently and make decisive decisions.
• Ability to handle situations, supervise, and train employees.
• Training skills and ability to inspire employees.
