RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement HR operation including insurance related as claims, expense estimation, increase or decrease report, etc and tax related as new code opening, independents registation, PIT finalization to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and tax laws
  • Conduct & follow regular audits and reviews to assess insurance coverage adequacy and tax compliance, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate and timely reporting of insurance and tax-related information.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance and tax inquiries to providing guidance and support to employees and management as needed
  • Manage and maintain the HRM platform, including system configuration, data management, and user support to ensure excellent employee experience and compliance
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on platform usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Generate reports and analyze data from the HRM platform to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with IT, HR teams, supplier, etc to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations to optimize platform functionality
  • Handle other task as assignment from head of HR for ensure the smoothly operation and stratergies of HR function
