Apply nowRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Leading recruitment process like creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with all the managers to identify skill requirements.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires by coordinating orientation, training, and necessary paperwork. Handle offboarding processes when employees leave the company.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems for all the employees, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Employee Development and Training: Work with all the managers to identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Compensation and Benefits programs: ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Employee Relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with labor laws, and consistent with company-wide HR policies.
- HR Data and Reporting: Maintain HR data and generate reports related to workforce metrics, turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and other relevant analytics.
- Career Pathing and Succession Planning: Collaborate with all the managers to develop career paths for each employee and identify potential successors for key roles.
- Workforce Planning: Anticipate talent needs and work with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies to meet future demands.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment for employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Top tier business school graduate (Masters in Human Resource Management is plus)
- 12+ years of total and 8 years of management in multi-national company or start-up company is a plus
- Ability to work with an organization at different stages of growth
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Have strong goal orientation and ability to deal with ambiguity; ability to think through and act on different options with fast-paces business growth needs
- Be hard-working and diligent, discipline to convert strategy into action
- Proficient in MS Office
