- Planning and organizing the activities and actions of the HR department
- Work closely with different department leaders to provide HR advice on various aspects, i.e. manpower planning, employee retention and employee relations
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support company business growth
- Conducting annual salary and compensation surveys and findings
- Spearheading personnel policies and procedures
- Administering benefits program
- Overseeing employee interviews
- Overseeing company annual budget
