IR Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Nurture relations with [company]’s current list of investors and organize IR events to enhance their engagement
• Coordinate project meetings, conference calls, follow-ups, and financial briefings between the company and investors
• Maintain an efficient flow of all relevant information with current and potential investors and determine policies regarding investor relations
• Determine investor requirements and identify opportunities for growth by analyzing investor reports and market data 
• Assist the IR department with coordinating communications activities, such as product demos and training sessions
• Update investors regarding our business activities and address their inquiries through emails and weekly virtual meetings
• Manage the creation, distribution, and maintenance of financial reports, meeting memorandums, and investor policies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• 4+ years of experience as an Investor Relations Manager or similar role
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and pay attention to detail
• Excellent accounting, interpersonal, and negotiation skills 
• Knowledge of IR practices, guidelines, and requirements
• Experience in Investor Relations software, such as Founder suite or Dynamo
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
