Merchandiser

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsible for all related tasks from receiving BOM, garments’ samples to recommend the suitable threads, developing, matching, mock-up, costing, etc. and to get buyers’ approval. Pro-active to train and to coach customers’ merchandisers in order to increase Company market share. To install and to train customers’ on using Anecal, Anetrak, etc.

• To handle all Company threads’ activities at customers’ sides and to increase Company market share through efficiency and cost savings
• Check BOM/ tech pack to get correct and full details of thread in garment. Check thread information such as type, size, stitching, position.
• Clarify un-clear thread information in BOM. Update discrepancy chart for Development team.
• To work with Buyers to get approval on color matching, suitable thread
• To increase Company share through proven cost efficiency of Company sewing thread, productivities, fast services and speed
• Handle Company orders till finishing garments’ production
• Arrange thread for sewing sample. Request sample thread then send to sample room.
• Control leftover. Update and confirm monthly stock to warehouse and system.
• Solve thread issue in production.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University/ College Degree
• Minimum 1-3 years’ work experience in the same role
• Fluent level of English Required
• Honest, Diligent and Can-do Attitude
• Master in Microsoft office tools
• Language Required: Vietnamese and English
