Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Person taking up this position is expected to play the individual contributor role of Project Manager; managing overall delivery for Apps development based on IT and OT-IT technology. This include manage the resources such as IIoT Engineer, Software Engineer, and other resources to deliver project on timely manner and within the quality. This role is global role which may have interaction with global engineering and global business development. Also, another global stakeholder.

Role Details:

• Person applying for this role must be able to take up following activities:
• Lead the delivery in development and execute detailed project from start to closure in line with the client project requirements.
• Study and understand the user story and convert them into project roadmap based on the priority.
• Tracking the progress including the issue and report weekly/sprint basis to Management and Product Owner
• Track the quality issue, bug and work with architect and product owner for permanent resolution to avoid re-open issue
• Effectively manage the overall execution, budgets for project base delivery
• Manage invoicing.
• Create change order and negotiation.
• ENGLISH speaking is a MUST.

REQUIREMENTS: 

Skill Requirement: 

• Strong stakeholder management capability to collaborate, negotiation, diplomatic in order to convince the message.
• Has OT-IT knowledge and able to communicate with Yokogawa and partner stakeholder in this area.
• Should be able to coach and mentor junior team members and able to manage Knowledge, delivery acceleration, build culture of innovation and thought leadership for IT and OT-IT area.
• Certified Scrum Master is prefer.

Qualification Details:

• Educational qualification: Engineering Graduate or equivalent
• Proficient in English speaking
• Total Experience of 5+ years with at least 3 years IIoT area (SaaS/PaaS Cloud base)
• Knowledge of Budget and cost management as per projects of regions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations with proven experience in managing a global team virtually.
