Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Person applying for this role must be able to take up following activities: 

• Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
• Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
• Collects, analyses, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
• Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
• Manage expectations, experience, deployment, and deliverables.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: 

Person applying for this role must have following qualification / experience: 

• Educational qualification: Degree in Computer science or master’s in management discipline
• Should be able to communicate (Read, write & speak) in Japanese & English
• At least 7 years of working experience and 3+ years as a PM / BA is MUST
• Experience with Agile development methodologies like SCRUM.
• Able to work highly independently and good team player skills.
• Desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.
• Should be proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
