RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
- Work with distributors/customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand distributors and customers.
- Define optimal sales force structure to meet business objectives.
- Lead the team to identify, organize and prioritize profitable opportunities that are critical to the customer’s business and align with our strategic direction.
- Guide, monitor and evaluate the performance of employees or sales teams to ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Collect, analyze and evaluate market information and make suggestions and recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years in a sales leadership role.
- Ability to work well with other Key Management team members to attain company objectives.
- Assertive/demonstrates courage; ability to effectively negotiate and influence others
- Strong communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences
