Apply nowRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Improve customer service satisfaction of all channels in Asian key markets excluding China.
- Develop service force in the territory, build up service network along with business expansion needs.
- Provide technical support and training in territory, ensure the local team possess adequate.
- Knowledge and competence on installation, usage, repair and maintenance, etc.
- Field service management to ensure in-time service and parts delivery. Hands on service wherever there is no local service force.
- Project management on KA projects.
- Set up warehouse and manage spare parts. Maintain safety stock with Min/Max tools.
- Coordinate and handle customer complaints in the region; work with China CQ team on quality issue’s feedback and solutions provide.
- Storage and translation of technical data, and to follow the list of products/ specs on website and work with factories to update full product/specs (-> support the role of Product Marketing)
- To perform the reporting including routine technical report, technical data analysis, and other basis technical service
- Other works assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, Mechatronics or engineering background.
- At least 5years of technical service experience in similar industries, Kitchen and Bathroom product industry is preferred. 3 years of team management is preferred.
- Possess or be able to learn K&B knowledge and be willing to do hand-on service.
- Be able to understand basic Mechanical Structure Drawing and Circuit Diagram
- Able to use Auto-cad software to illustrate or quick sketch to present the solutions on the soft drawings, 3D view capability is a bonus.
- Good English in written and oral communication. Chinese capability is a big bonus.
- Willing to travel in AEC territory frequently.
