RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales growth and profitability of company portfolio in distribution channels.
- Development and execution of the strategic process to secure pipeline opportunities.
- Develop and maintain key client contacts and strategic positioning of the company in the market.
- Identify and develop talents in the sales and operations team.
- Ensure customer intimacy and build added-value relationship with relevant customers.
- Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the distribution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degrees in Business Management. Electrical Engineer background a plus.
- At least 10+ years of sales and/or business development experience preferably in electrical sales or channel sales.
- Strong tracked record about sales performance and channel network development.
- Relevant market and business trends, business environment analysis and identification of business opportunity.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and convince.
- Effective at building networks, internally and externally.
